The ₹10 change is small, but its lesson is large. A public number can change before a proposal, purchase order, or payment is approved.

Do not describe either observation as a stable price. Record the timestamp, capture, tax basis, pincode state, quantity, availability wording, and seller conditions.

Control price validity

Ask the seller to state a validity date and time for material purchases. Also record quantity, delivery pincode, stock allocation, payment milestone, tax basis, and freight.

Define what happens after a tax, freight, foreign-exchange, manufacturer, or seller price change. Do not assume the cart price survives an “available on request” process.
