Do not use a radius alone. A company across a border may face a different licence, tax, utility, or permit route.

Run a Remote Screen Before Sharing Sensitive Records

The first screen should remove obvious identity and route failures. It should not require control of the buyer’s accounts.

Create one dated verification sheet per candidate. Record the source link, search input, result, reviewer, and unresolved question.

The current route can require a registered vendor and scheme-specific duties. Registration is a threshold, not a quality award.

Keep the portal account, phone, email, password, OTP, bank details, application, approvals, invoices, receipts, and claim records under consumer control.

A promise that approval is guaranteed fails this test. The bidder should identify dependencies and change controls.

Scenario 4: Original company stops trading

Ask how the buyer obtains drawings, credentials, warranties, serials, monitoring export, firmware information, spares, and another qualified service provider.

The answer should not depend on one employee’s personal account or phone.

Record names, channels, working hours, charges, target times, exclusions, evidence, and escalation for every scenario. A target remains a claim until contracted and tested.

Compare the written answers with reference calls and the proposed contract. Resolve conflicts before scoring.

A distant company can pass when it proves a reliable field route. A nearby company can fail when every answer returns to an unnamed central team.

References should match the risks in your project. A small home is not proof for a factory roof, battery plant, heritage site, or remote farm.

The surveyor should record facts, buyer statements, measurements, authority records, and assumptions separately.
