Do not promise central financial assistance before eligibility and portal verification. Do not deduct an expected amount from the contract as if payment were certain.

Group Housing and Residential Welfare Associations

Identify the legal applicant, common-area account, individual accounts, roof ownership, society resolution, member approvals, and allocation method. Record who may sign, borrow, insure, and receive any benefit.

Separate a common-area project from individual installations. Confirm how meter arrangements, capacity, export, allocation, and handover apply to the exact scheme and licensee.

Review fire access, water tanks, lift equipment, refuge areas, antennas, maintenance paths, and future roof use. A residential label does not remove common-building constraints.

Commercial Rooftop
