I had a 5kw system and batteries installed at a very competitive price, which took less than four weeks from my initial enquiry to installation. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful, with particular thanks to Barry and Dougie who fought through typical Welsh weather on installation day.
UPS provided great and responsive customer service. Everything was well explained and the installation team were really helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
I changed my initial purchase to add a car charger and 5 extra solar panels and they accommodated that without a fuss. Friendly staff, helpful and always picking up the phone.
