We used Solarsense to instal solar thermal panels using the Government voucher scheme. The whole team is is very responsive, and reliable. The work was excellent headed by Alex who had to think through a number of different issues that came up prior to and during the installation. After a "salesman" visited our property we received a quote for both solar and battery. Deciding to go with both solar & battery we paid a £2,100 deposit in September. Today 11/11/2021 the scaffold team arrived ready for installation to start tomorrow. They informed us they had been given incorrect information, only 1 flight height, not double (up to the roof) and that access did not have to come
