March 2024 - Installed solar and battery system. Superb service from quotation to completion. Excellent team of professionals who went above and beyond what we had expected.Dec 2024 - Jack did some additional work on extending our array. He left us with a headache and we have employed another company to commission the system and fix Jack’s mess.
We've been renovating a house over the last two years and I can say that Jack, Ben and their team are the most professional company we have had the pleasure to deal with. From designing our Solar system, installation and producing all the necessary paperwork at the end we can't fault them. 2025 Following a Warranty Claim on the Inverter we discover that Jack & Ben have gone their separate ways and Jack is refusing to respond to email or phone calls. Inverter not fitted as per specification. Best advice is Avoid and take your money elsewhere
My initial consultation was with Jack which went well and was followed up by a quote. From then on, Ben and his team took over and handled the install. I even made a few last minute requests/changes to the install and they were very accommodating. I was kept informed throughout and given a detailed run though of how it all works once the install was complete.
