Sun Service came out to troubleshoot an issue with our older system that the original installer could not fix. They diagnosed and repaired it the same day. Excellent technical knowledge.

Had them do a full maintenance check on our 5-year-old system. They cleaned the panels, checked all connections, and updated the monitoring software. Output went up about 8% after the service visit.

Reliable and professional. They handle our annual maintenance and have been responsive every time we call. The only reason for four stars is that scheduling can sometimes take a couple of weeks during peak season.
