We had a great experience with Longhorn. Their NABCEP-certified installers were thorough and careful with our roof. The system was up and running within three weeks of signing the contract.

The installation quality is solid and the system works well. However, getting someone on the phone for post-install questions has been difficult. Would appreciate better customer service follow-up.
