Very happy with my solar and battery install from Sustain. Very friendly and helpful staff made everything easy to understand, and was kept informed through the whole process - from initial quotes/proposal, survey, equipment delivery and install. We had hiccups, but the way a company deals with them can turn negatives into positives. Highly recommended.
Installed PV + battery + car charger with them, battery didn't work and they opened a case against the manufacturer Fox Ess and asked me to followup directly with them, what a joke! Anyways after 3 weeks the manufacturer came home and fixed the battery. Second issue was getting the DNO letter to start exporting energy to the grid. It took 3 months to get this, in the end tired of dealing with Sustain Homes customer service I decided to call directly my Network Operator and got the letter in a 5 min.
