Warning do not use this company Avoid Avoid Avoid.!!.Was told they were Trustmark msc registered and had a warranty with iwa. They wasn't registered with any of the above. .had my instalation on Feb 14 2025 .I have proof from hello certificate that they wasn't registered and had been suspended. January 2025 ..because of this I'm unable to get a dno. They have stopped answering my emails .I've also asked if Andrew philip Bland was qualified to do the instalation and they have ignored my messages...we are having to have the whole system taken down and have engaged another company to do the work again at a cost of £6888..
DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.Still waiting for MCS certificate 20 months on from installation.Ignoring all contact , phone emails and messages.Unable to connect to Octopus Agile without certificate.
Honest and to the point, absolutelyTrustworthy. A smaller business to most and have to wait for fitting but you get more for your money and a great service.I would recommend them and really pleased with what we have. Trusted and not a pushy sale
