I applied through EDF, I was sent a questionnaire, which was easy to complete. I was contacted, by Simply Green for a surveyor to come and assess our property, the assessment took about one and half hours. 3 days later i received a report with the recommendations, I received a phone call to arrange for the work to be carried out.
An excellent service from the beginning till end. Also good to know they cared to find out about the work. Good liaison with the client and workman which offers good reassurance. I wish they can offer solar panel services too. Being pensioner its a hard life where few cares.

Still, she went beyond and tried to qualify me through other ways, the survey was done at our property on the very next day. In the Next 4-5 days, I received a text and call from their install manager and they arranged my Cavity wall insulation. A guy named Karl came to the property. He first assessed the property, explained to us the property process and then started working. He was very quick seemed like an expert in his job, he finished the insulation in 4 hours.
