We are pleased to have found Rollings Renewables, a small family company with an excellent team. We chose them to provide us with solar panels, a battery and a heat pump and we have not been disappointed. They spent time fully explaining both solar and heat pump systems to us and answering all our queries. They provided an acceptable quote and timescale which they kept to. We found all their staff to be hardworking, professional and extremely knowledgeable, making the installation painless for us.
Initially I spent a long time looking at different solar companies and got a number of quotes . Some gave competitive quotes, but I felt they were trying to sell me what they had, rather than listening to what I wanted. Rollings gave a good impression on their initial visit and I subsequently chose them for the job. The installation comprised solar panels, Tesla battery and a car charger.
Excellent installer, committed to perfection. The staff were polite and knowledgeable and able to answer my related to renewables questions. They took into account my views to where to place the batteries. They were receptive to my concerns related to minutiae points which were quite important for me like: cabling routes, communication between the myenergi devices hub, zappi and libbi controller. Also, they advised on how to fix the problem with my zappi RCD tripping off by my Tesla. Good team.
