Throughout the whole process David Walker was most helpful and cannot be faulted for his customer care and attention to detail. Immaculate installation and 20kw batteries up and running and we can already see the grid usage dropping rapidly.
I have now had the batteries installed for 3 months and I can’t get over how neat they look at the back of my house. However, what has impressed me most is the support I have received. David has been on the end of the phone when I have been navigating the tariffs for import and now export of electricity. He has been able to suggest tweaks to the charging rate to optimise the gain from solar panels. I can’t recommend this company enough!
