One of their staff dumps their work vehicle on a private road, used by a farm. It explicitly is private with right of way for pedestrians and traffic accessing the private estate. Blocking access for the farm vehicles and HGV’s. They have a driveway down the road but refuses to use it and there’s a car park only round the corner.
We had Wade from the Exmouth branch to install cavity wall insulation. He was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for him. He couldn't get his van up our long narrow drive but was able to use hose extensions to reach. Matched our existing render really well as you can hardly see the drill holes. We found Wade very approachable, knowledgeable and hard working. Would highly recommend.
No experience of their workmanship but the standard of their employees driving is terrible. Just had one of their idiots use the left hand lane on a roundabout to turn right, in the process nearly hitting the front of my lorry, all in order to sneak in front of me. When i confronted him about it he just shrugged his shoulders and said he wasnt bothered. Very professional. This was in colchester on 22/7/24 at 1530
