INSULATE THE WALLS THIS WAS SHOWN AS OUTSIDE , I AGREED TO THE WORK , THEY ALSO SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A BOILER AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE , I CAME HOME YESTERDAY TO MY WALL IN THE LIVING ROOM GETTING SKIMMED , AND MY HALL , I WOULD NEVER HAVE AGRRED TO THIS

First survey was done well the man was polite. They came to do my stuff and a man knocked and walked in. I felt abit uncomfortable at the start as many walked in as he wasn’t very talkative and was just walking past. Then I hear banging and more people were in my stairs, no announcement or I wasn’t told, which would have been helpful. There was a mistake and they tried to rectify it and the manager came to apologise which was a good thing. The kitchen is in need of work so I can’t say much. But they used my paint and tools and never washed the brushes, they walked off with some of my things such as all of my bin bags. I bought a new roll, and they used one and took the rest. Plus the vents are stained. The loft is done well but the rest I am horrified at
