HelpinU Solar

I used HelpinU to install a solar battery system and car charger after an initial visit from Steve. Steve and their office team kept me informed of progress with the G99 application and installation date. The scaffolding was put up a few days in advance and taken down soon after completion. The roofers arrived at the agreed time, wearing company uniforms, were polite and considerate, wearing overshoes when they had to enter the house. The commissioning electrician and his apprentice were polite and kept us informed of progress. The system once turned on has worked better than expected.

The 3 young men, who installed heaters and solar panels Lloyd, Callum and Corey were very polite and friendly. Very efficient. They are an asset to their company. Very impressed with the customer support and the team who installed our panels. Easy to deal with from start to finish. The installation team were exemplary - easy to approach and took care knowing we have disabilities. No real disturbance to our day and cleaned up after well. The panels have been in a week and I can see we’ve saved £6 and that’s with rain and dull days
