We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the ECO4 grant work undertaken by FTCH and I would recommend them to anyone. The Install Manager, Jonny, was always on hand to answer queries and sort out small issues at the end of the job. The process is quite disruptive but it is well worth it in the end. We chose to move our young family out for 5 weeks whilst the internal insulation and radiators were being installed. Jonny organised teams of tradesmen to blitz the work and minimise the disruption. Inevitably there are always snags for jobs of this complexity and scale but all the issues were resolved and our concerns always addressed.
Adam & Aaron came to install the internal wall insulation. They were both very courteous . I couldn’t believe how hard they worked! They answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable about the products being used. It was reassuring to have skilled professionals working in my property who cleaned up afterwards. I would 100% recommend and would welcome back for any future projects.Matt & Gary came to do electrical work. Very professional and a pleasure to have working alongside others at same time! Thanks Matt for explaining everything!
