I recently ordered the Fogstar 18650 4000mah 10A for the first time, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the battery came with individual cartridges. It's amazing to see the air pump working again! I really appreciate how well everything worked out, and I definitely plan on ordering a few more in the future. Thank you for such a great experience!
Mixed views, some good some not so good. Initially impressed with prompt delivery and tech support regarding charging of cells. I note that the website now mentions constant voltage psu. When building system my case did not match the "new" you tube "instruction" video. Be aware that the fuse stud posts are either vertically or horizontally placed. As I had been supplied the horizontal style I was unable to complete my build due to incorrect or lacking parts or i should have been supplied the vertical style which would have worked with parts supplied! The new instructional YouTube shows vertical placement . Presently awaiting update from email conversation as to resolution.
A truly professional company with reliable products and services. Just got a home solar battery from them for a superb price and it was a DIY pack and I was able to assemble it without a single issue just by watching their tutorial video on YouTube. Also I was able to connect it to my Sunsynk inverter just by using a standard pre made lan cable. All works perfectly. The balance of the cells is ridiculously good, within 10-15mV across 16 cells.
