I ordered an EcoFlow PowerKit battery which was a good price and was delivered really quickly which was a perfect experience. However, I forgot to order the cable and had 1 day until we were going away and needed it! Gene helped me get one sent out that day, at 430pm and it arrived the next morning, just time time for the big trip. I really appreciate the quick email response, helpfulness and willingness to dispatch the order straight away. Really really great service. Gene was very professional and helpful. Answered all of my enquiries and resolved all my concerns. Went above and beyond regarding an extensive and detailed enquiry that continued to lead from one question to another. All in all the enquiry session lasted approximately 1 hour and a half or so. With no delay or need for repeating questions etc. Great can do attitude. Especially since Gene stayed with the enquiry and we came to a close nearing to 5pm on a Sunday afternoon great response and form of customer interaction. Keep up the positive work.
