Avoid company . This company came and looked at my roof , agreed a price , there were a few issues with neighbours but all this was explained and agreed it wouldn't be a problem.Company said job would be complete within a month. Surveyor came a week late , all good.Company took a large deposit and a month passed with no correspondence so I called and called eventually got someone to be told jobs had ran on it would be another month . Again nothing , had to call and call and was told constantly someone would get back to me .Months of hassle .
After sales service is just non existant... been trying to contact Marc and the company for weeks to get advice and additional batteries as it appears the batteries supplied to us are obsolete. Installation was done March 2025 and happy with the solar panels and installation work, but just not the battery situation. Will the fact our batteries are no longer manufactured affect our guarantee?
