The initial conversation took place when one of their reps knocked on my door and the conversation that followed was conducted in a very professional and friendly manner. From there the communication from the office was fantastic and very efficiently done. The installation of the loft insulation was done without stress and the gentlemen that attended were lovely and very tidy!
We had cavity wall insulation under the "Great British Insulation Scheme". The service was excellent from start to finish. From the initial contact (knock on the door), through to the surveyor calling and then the work being done. All done and finished within 3 weeks. Minimal disruption, all tidied away after the work was done. We have a 1930s house originally designed for three coal fires and a LOT of ventilation. It's been very difficult to keep the heat in and the house struggles to get to 17 degrees in cold weather with the heating on all day. It's now like an oven in comparison and loses very little heat, even overnight when it's below freezing outside, the house will only drop 2 degrees when the heating has been off for 11 hours. Amazing. Since Covid I now work at home and I'm very very happy! Thank you.
Knocked on our door and politely explained all they could offer. Weren't pushy at all and took note of us not wanting certain things. Did not try to oversell at all .Within 3 weeks we had new vents and loft insulation installed for free via the Great British Insulation Scheme.
