What a complete shambles! 6 months of works and still not finished!It all started with multiple surveyors visits, then, when the work started, multiple teams visiting. Each time they came, they did a bit of work, found a problem, and left with jobs half complete. We had 3 holes drilled in the house, which remained uncapped for 3 months. We had heating system removed and never put back (we still have no heating).
I was accepted for a new boiler radiators and loft insulation a month or so ago and I thought work would start next week. I understand if there is a delay but I cannot get hold of anyone in their Cardiff to find out what is happening. I have called their telephone number for almost 2 hours this morning and when I get through both extensions tell me the extension is busy and cuts me off. This is the reason I have looked on this review page. I will post another review when I have more information.
